Apr Week 4 → Coaching
Feedback with Sander 21.04.2026
This coaching session began with a practical reminder to submit the scenography plan. This was identified as an urgent requirement for the exhibition preparation (because there were only a few students who submitted. I also forgot this...) References from Pinterest board.
During the session, the prints I produced between the end of March and early April were reviewed by Sander. Although all posters follow a similar structure, each one contains different small changes and variations (feaures). This was considered a strong point, as it shows a consistent system with individual differences across the (Un)finishedness series.
Some exhibition references collected from Pinterest were also presented, including ideas such as hanging posters on a clothing rack or directly on the wall. In response, it was suggested that, for this master project, it would be more effective to show both the results and the process together. Instead of presenting the works only as a unified series, the individuality of each print should remain visible.
In terms of presentation, it was recommended to organise the work into at least three blocks. This would help to create a clearer structure and also strengthen the sense of quantity and development in the project.
At the same time, it was noted that the project still requires a clear explanation. The idea of using Letraset, as previously suggested, was considered very strong. It could also be used to include project information, such as a footer on the prints. This would allow the explanation to be embedded directly into the work, rather than separated from it.
I asked about whether I should produce a printed version of the processfolio or not. Sander suggested that this may not be necessary, as my online processfolio (here, my Cargo site) is already well-designed and sufficient for presentation.
I could place a digital device such as an iPad or iMac could be used to show the processfolio. The time and cost saved from printing a book could then be used for producing my Letraset sheet, which would contribute more directly to the project.
