Feedback with Sander 28.04.2026
We all discussed our scenography plans. For mine, proposal 2 was considered better (thanks, Elke, Nico, and Isa), especially the idea of presenting the work as a real printing workspace (working at the desk, hanging the posters to dry). This setup can better reflect the process behind the project. Nico also mentioned that showing the quantity of posters is very important, which is the same point that I shared in the last coaching. It might be useful to discuss this further with Hugo.
My Letraset (dry-transfer lettering)
It is still in progress. But everyone agreed that the more organised version looks/works better than the scattered one. It feels clearer and more like a real one.
Briefly talked about the internship evaluation. We all need to complete the self-evaluation form and send it to Sander. No rush, but don’t forget it.

Since I am not going to make any publications this year, I only too a few notes that are relevant:
Fluorescent colours are difficult to reproduce accurately in digital print.
Using spot fluorescent colours is also not ideal for small quantities, such as student projects.
Letraset printing (deze woensdag).

For the postcard, I still need to decide what to make.
Sander mentioned that the postcard is important, as it works like a “thumbnail” of the project to give the audience in the exhibition a general grasp of our projects, so don't forget to take some time to work on it. However as mentioned, Zwartopwit is not able to print my fluorescent green, I will have to come up with another design for the postcard.
