Untitled Torn-posters

Unsatisfied with the previous try-out (I think they were not “imperfect enough”), I continued to tear the paper, allowing a new visual narrative to emerge from the fragments.

This experiment began by tearing and reconstructing two earlier posters, reflecting both imperfection and the way clients often re-enter and interfere a design process after it is even considered finished.

To disrupt the original compositions, I manually deconstructed the prints and reassembled them, pushing the work beyond a state that already felt “done.”

The final collages introduce decisions from the outside by layering administrative phrases such as “Case Closed,” “Dismissed,” and “In Progress,” referencing how design outcomes are often redefined by external judgement and procedural status rather than by the designer’s intent.
